1. Problem:<\/h2>\n

Xuan Quang 2 commune, Dong Xuan district has suffered from lack of clean water for many years. The most recent is the dry season of 2019, people here often lack water.<\/p>\n

Phu Yen Provincial People’s Committee allows investment in clean water supply works in Xuan Quang 2 commune. It is expected that the clean water supply works in Xuan Quang 2 commune will have a capacity of 1,000m3\/day and night, ensuring clean water supply for about 1,000 households. According to the plan, by mid-October 2020, the work will be completed \u00a0to meet the people’s demand for clean water.<\/p>\n

2. Customer’s request:<\/h2>\n

Provide control system for raw water treatment and distribution of clean water supply to 690 households with more than 1,720 people in Xuan Quang 2 commune, Dong Xuan district, Phu Yen province.<\/p>\n

3. Solve:<\/h2>\n

Recognizing the customer’s requirements, VULETECH conducts a field survey to check the river water source as well as evaluate the water quality, from which the engineers will offer solutions suitable to the conditions of the millennium. at Xuan Quang 2.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, this system includes:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Raw water pump:<\/strong> placed submersible in the river, responsible for taking river water to supply raw water tank (2).<\/li>\n
  2. Raw water tank:<\/strong> sedimentation of dirt, ore, impurities in the water, then through the fine filter (3). In addition, this tank will have sensors to measure pH and turbidity.<\/li>\n
  3. Fine filter:<\/strong> Remove the remaining impurities in the water, then the water is transferred to the clean water tank (4).<\/li>\n
  4. Clean water tank:<\/strong> conduct sampling to measure turbidity, pH and residual chlorine.<\/li>\n
  5. 2m3 clean water tank:<\/strong> used to store clean water for mixing tank PAC (6) and salt mixing tank (7).<\/li>\n
  6. PAC mixing tank:<\/strong> has a capacity of 1000ml used to mix PAC – the substance that helps to settle dirt and ore, this PAC is transferred directly to the raw water tank (2).<\/li>\n
  7. Salt mixing tank:<\/strong> 1000ml capacity is used to mix table salt to go to the chlorine tank(8)<\/li>\n
  8. Chlorine tank:<\/strong> contains Chlorine(7) with a capacity of 1000ml, generates Javen and then transfers it directly to the clean water tank (3).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    – IoT (wireless control) valve: operated by a battery controlled by RF waves, capable of connecting to a network when the distance between the valve and the upper center exceeds the limit (8km)<\/p>\n
