The old process requires:
- Workers take the cap, place it on the bottle, and then screw it on by hand or with semi-automatic equipment.
- The screwing force depends on individual experience, is difficult to control, and is inconsistent.
- When changing the type of cap or product line, the production line needs to stop the machine for resetting, interrupting production.

- Bottle and cap detection sensors are strategically placed at critical steps.
- Integrated safety doors with safety switches ensure operator safety throughout the operation.
