Pipeline X-ray Systems are designed to automatically adapt to changes in product flow rates and can adjust scan rates and removal times to match production line speeds.

Physical contamination detection is often improved in the early stages of the manufacturing process, where unprocessed food can be introduced with a lower thickness and more uniform texture. Removing impurities early in the production process, such as bones in chicken products, helps reduce product waste and lower costs.
