Our client is a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing plant facing the challenge of optimizing its product packaging process under high-volume and diverse production conditions. With over 70 finished product SKUs coming out of a central conveyor belt, the line operates at a speed of 18–20 boxes/minute. The factory needed a fully automated solution that could accommodate various palletizing specifications, reduce operating personnel, and increase production continuity and stability. Additionally, they had high demands for data management and real-time performance monitoring to optimize overall productivity.
