Nordson EFD’s 754V sterile dispensing valve has a smooth fluid flow path, without any sticking zones. FDA-approved wetted parts make the valve suitable for CIP (Clean In Place) and SIP (Sterilize In Place) medical assembly procedures.
With a flow path free of entanglement areas, the 754V provides fast and reliable operation. This promotes faster cycle and batch speeds, while electropolished fluid valve bodies provide increased durability and resistance to corrosion.
Flow volume from 0.5 microliter sediment to 14.0 milliliters/sec continuous flow rate. The valve closes cleanly at the end of each cycle, with a fast cutoff that eliminates drips. Internal threads have been removed to facilitate easy cleaning.
The aseptic valve wetting elements are made of 316L stainless steel and PTFE, making them suitable for CIP (Clean In Place) and SIP (Sterilize In Place) processes. This compact diaphragm valve is ideal for sterile and aseptic fluid applications.
