Doog Inc. developed a mobile robot (mobile robot) that can operate safely and reliably near where people work or live. Mobile Robot can automatically follow people and move objects with high safety, helping people work efficiently and increase productivity.
Mobile Robot Doog:
- Allows users to flexibly use the mobile robot in different modes based on operating needs.
- Reduce the integration steps required to deploy mobile robots, saving time.
- The practical solution to improve productivity is simple, cost-effective.
Memory Trace® mode
Automatic navigation:
- Mobile Robot handles conventional cargo handling to increase productivity
- Handling heavy cargo transportation, ensuring safety in the operation area
Follow Me mode
Target tracking navigation:
- Mobile Robot handles occasional cargo transportation to increase productivity
- Automatically handle when encountering a collision situation.
Follow Me mode
- Follow-Me mode is a form of target tracking navigation, allowing Mobile Robot THOUZER to follow a target (person or vehicle) in front from one point to another, with a single button press.
- In Follow-Me mode, THOUZER will continuously track the target and treat surrounding objects as obstacles, so when it encounters, THOUZER will automatically avoid them.
- Follow-Me mode provides a flexible solution when the Mobile Robot is required to travel in dynamic environments and non-process routes.
Memory Trace Mode
- The Memory Trace® navigation mode is a navigation (no instructions) where the Mobile Robot THOUZER does not require any targets or hardware settings (wires, tape and reflectors) to move from point to point. from one point to another.
- Memory Trace® only requires the operator to tell THOUZER the route it needs to memorize, with the push of a button, unlike SLAM which requires the engineer to perform mapping and map refresh.
- Memory Trace® Navigation allows users to set up multiple routes by themselves easily without any laptop/tablet and complicated software.
The Difference Between Slam And Memory Trace
SLAM Method | Memory Trace | |
Installation and maintenance costs | Tall | Short |
Personal settings | Technical staff/engineer | Operators |
Map Creation (Laptop/tablet/software required) | Have | No (Follow Me Mode) |
Initial setup time(Example: 100m route per round, 200㎡) | For 1 hour | 5 minutes |
Change layout (easy to reset) | ✘ | ○ |
Map post-processing (overall map alignment, etc.) | Necessary, needs | Not required |
Networks such as wireless LAN | Required for many AGV | Not required |
Scalability/system integration | Maybe | Maybe |
- Do it quickly
- Working in a dynamic environment
- Dramatically reduces downtime due to navigation problems caused by environmental changes
Mobile Robobt Thouzer Product Line
Mobile Robot Thouzer is designed according to the individual requirements of customers
- Operation: long-distance, repetitive material transportation within tonnage range (120kg direct, 300kg min towing and up to 300kg direct load, 600kg max tow)
- Material transportation routes include both indoor and outdoor areas.
- The customer has an existing operation and does not plan to implement the entire new AMR system.
- The client is operating at a temporary location.
- Client is SME/no automation or IT department.
- The customer does not have a good Wi-Fi connection on site.
- Customers with high security on the website do not allow online transmission of information / taking pictures / uploading site maps.
- Customers who want to save on Opex costs (robot software subscriptions, SaaS, robot rentals, maintenance costs, remapping costs, etc.)
- Transport routes include areas with high dynamics (constant movement of people, machines, crates, pallets, etc.)
- The shipping area has a perforated floor, usually on the mezzanine level.
