GV Series scaffold robots can function as a standalone system or as a key part of an automated solution and are easily integrated into turntables and conveyor assembly lines.
Working conductors range from 400 mm to 800 mm for precise liquid delivery onto substrates that require large working conductors while not sacrificing repeatability.
The GV Series automatic liquid delivery system features specialized DispenseMotion™ software and a built-in CCD smart vision camera or a simple pencil camera. This makes the automation system quick to set up and easy to program. True three-dimensional motion control allows easy programming of dots, lines, circles, arcs and compound arcs.
Verify liquid deposition accuracy and location with the OptiSure™ Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) software add-on. When paired with an OptiSure confocal laser, the AOI system measures the height of the liquid residue in addition to width and diameter, providing 3D distribution verification.
