KR AGILUS: Hygienic Machine Edition

The design and materials of this Hygienic Machine are completely hygienic. Suitable for use in applications involving direct food and pharmaceutical contact. With anti-corrosion surfaces, food-compatible lubricants and stainless steel parts are guaranteed the highest level of hygiene. The Hygienic Machine is therefore suitable for applications requiring a sterile environment.

KR AGILUS: Cleanroom Edition

Thanks to the special powder coating, the Robot Cleanroom has an extremely smooth surface that helps the robot not generate dust. It therefore conforms to the strict cleanroom criteria of the Fraunhofer Institute with the ISO2 standard. KR AGILUS is available with Cleanroom version for level 2 air cleanliness.

KR AGILUS: Waterproof version

With the waterproof version, the KR AGILUS is waterproof from all sides and achieves maximum performance even in the case of harsh external production conditions. Stainless steel housings replace plastic parts and resistant surface treatments. The protection index of the robot against water penetration is IP67.

KR AGILUS: Explosion-proof version (EX)

The manufacturer has added explosion resistance to the waterproof version. With this design, KR AGILUS can operate with high accuracy in explosive atmospheres (zone 2).
